The holidays can be a joyous time of celebration and tradition. Unfortunately for some, especially during this unprecedented time, it can be a time of struggle and even despair. Hope for the Holidays is a unique musical television special that celebrates Utah’s Resilience and promotes hope for a better and brighter tomorrow. We need to build resilience and spread hope in our communities now more than ever!

Hope for the Holidays is not only secured for the coveted weekend prime-time evening spot on December 20, 2020 (the Sunday before Christmas), but the program will be aired on Utah’s #1 News Station KUTV Channel 2 on CBS. With special permission from national CBS to carve out a time specifically for our program, our estimated viewership is between 30,000 – 50,000. We are looking forward to reaching a high volume of Utah homes and an impressive amount of people who really need to hear our message of hope. After the live broadcast, the show can be replayed online and shared with even more viewers through digital networks.

In addition to music and messages, “Hope for the Holidays” will feature select individuals from Utah who have set extraordinary examples of building resilience and spreading hope in their communities and throughout the world. To honor their exemplary service, we will present our first ever Resilient Utah Shield Awards.

Hope for the Holidays will be a treasured gift of comfort and joy for tens of thousands of viewers who need the promise of hope during this unique Christmas season.
